Update on Mitchell's arm

Well Mitchell got his cast off today but the arm is not fully healed. The doctor decided not to recast or to brace it. However, Mitchell is in some pain and he can't do sports for another 4 weeks. The doctor did clear him for running and swimming only. We will see how it goes.
