Thankful Sunday

My friend Windy does Thankful Sunday. She posts little thing she is thankful for on Sunday. I really like that idea so here is mine for today. I am thankful for this mattress pad. Six years ago, when we decided to buy our boys "big boy beds," my mom told us she would buy the bedding. So one day I got a big box and inside was sheets, plastic mattress covers, and three mattress pads. I called my mom and told her that they had sent to many mattress pads and she informed me that she had order three. I reminded her I only had two beds. At that point, she told me that there are times in the middle of the night where I would want an extra mattress pad. Well, this is not the middle of the night it is only 7 pm. But the fact that my 8year old has the stomach flu and I had to change the bed at 6:30 pm, made me extremely thankful for both my extra mattress pad and my mother’s foresight.
