For Breakfast, I had my morning smoothie in my vitamix. It is just fruits and veggies blended.
Lunch was funny it was a handful of nuts, a whole wheat roll with coconut oil, and two oranges blended with some ice in the vitamix.
Snack was popcorn with coconut oil.
Dinner was really good it was a crisped corn tortilla with refried black beans, cheese, salsa, tomato, lettuce, and avocado. I made the the beans myself and they were really good. It is my friend Heidi's recipe, she actually calls for pinto beans, but she told my black beans would work and they did.
The real problem today is the meat. It is so expensive there is no way I could buy it for my family on a regular basis. I bought some to get me through the ten days and tonight I didn't even have any. The rest of the family had left over chopped rotisserie chicken on their dinner.
